Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, citric acid, silicon dioxide, sodium glycolate. Free of: Milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat or soy.

Cách sử dụng

Swallow one tablet one hour before bedtime or as directed by a physician.These tablets must be swallowed whole. They may not be crushed or dissolved in liquids because that would destroy the Slo-Release matrix that lengthens the tablet’s dissolving time. They may be swallowed with food such as applesauce, mashed potatoes or peanut butter followed by some water.

Store in a cool dry place and tightly capped. Keep out of the reach of children. Individual tablets may darken over time. The potency and efficacy of the product is not affected.
