Cách sử dụng

Adults – Take one tablet an hour before bedtime, as a dietary
supplement. Do not exceed daily dose unless recommended by a health
care provider.

Do not use in conjunction with alcoholic beverages, when driving a vehicle or while operating machinery. This product may cause drowsiness. Limit use to two months with a break of one week. Keep out of reach of children. Tamper-Evident Seal: Do not use product if seal appears tampered. Store in a dry place under controlled room temperature: 20°-25°C (68°-77°F).
