Cách sử dụng

Take one tablet about 30 minutes before bedtime.

Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children. May cause drowsiness. Not intended for those under 18, pregnant or nursing. Consult your physician before use if you are taking any medications or have any medical conditions, including depression, seasonal affective disorder, schizophrenia, autoimmune disease, high blood pressure, asthma or epilepsy. Discontinue use and consult your physician if any adverse reactions occur. Do not drive, operate machinery or consume alcohol while taking this product.
